A weekly roundup of the past week’s digital releases.
Hello and welcome to the last edition of Last Week in Digital of 2020. What a year its been folks, and for mostly not very good reasons but hey if we change one of the numbers on the end that means everything is going to be better right? A little bit of light cynicism there, you love to see it. In all seriousness though, I hope you’ve all been having a good time over the festive period even if it might have been a little different to how we all are used to spending it. Sometimes you’ve just go to make the most of and appreciate what you’ve got ya know?
So a ton of new music made its way onto the various streaming services last week, some of it new and a lot of it older by the look of things. I did my best to round it all up like usual though so even if it’s not new to you then it might be to someone else. A few familiar faces made the list this week but like usual there’s a lot of stuff from groups that I’ve never covered or ever really seen people talk about so in theory there should be plenty to get your teeth into like usual. It’s actually kind of insane how much has come out this month but I guess everyone is trying to get one last release in before the year is out for a little extra revenue.
