Horror Punk idols XTEEN (that’s Christine) have been one of 2018’s pleasant surprises, in fact if I could have been bothered to do a “Debut of the Year” they would have won it. They have a great look, a diverse looking line-up and most importantly their songs are awesome. Their second single “ROMANTICIST” much like their first features SAKI from Mary’s Blood on guitars and coupling that with one of the members having a famous Idol mom gives this otherwise unassuming group quite the musical pedigree. Musically things are loud, thrashy and a bit rough around the edges but we’re playing Punk music here so what else did you expect. XTEEN aren’t a group I ever thought I’d need in my life but I’m glad they’re here. Love or die? Die! Full Review
