It feels like DADARAY have been featured in most, if not all of these round-ups that I’ve been doing over the past year or so. Well, they’re back again and this time with their first full-length album, and their first release since inking a deal with Warner Music Japan sub-label unBorde. As one might expect, “DADASTATION” features a collection of the Kawatani Enon composed group’s previous efforts as well as several new songs to boot. Also included, rather bizarrely is a cover of Yumemiru Adolescence’s “Otona Yaraseteyo” which was also penned by Kawatani. The release of this album is the perfect way to cap off a very artistically productive and commercially successful year for DADARAY.
