Zenbu Kimi no Sei da’s revolving door of members is well known and documented, something that would have set most groups back in a considerable way. Instead, this year their producers doubled down on just about every facet of the project which saw several tours, singles and an album come from a group that should realistically have been floundering. Not only was “Wagamama Shinsei Hominina” Zenkimi at their best, it was also a showcase of the group’s musical range and the interplay between the various genres they incorporate. Granted it is bested by several tracks from their “Sophomore Sick Sacrifice” album, but it is still more than worthy of making it into my list of top releases from the past year.
