If you want to talk about comeback stories, I can’t think of too many recently that would be as impressive as PASSPO’s comeback in 2017. They were spinning their wheels for far too long but a change of record label appears to have given the group a new breath of life and they’ve been cranking out the hits this year. I could have probably put more than one PASSPO release from 2016 on this list, but I tried to be fair to the other groups who all had great material that deserved to be featured. “Mr. Wednesday” is one of my favorite songs that PASSPO has released in while and it so nearly took the top spot in this ranking.
