SILENT SIREN also got in on the summer fun with their “19 summer note.” single. I know they’re not really everyone’s cup of tea for whatever reason but I can’t help but find the band’s energetic Pop Rock tunes to be a very enjoyable listen. The title track certainly lived up to my expectations, delivering a fun summer song that made me want to bop my head and jump around. Catchy lyrics and some interesting guitar work is always a winner in my book, I guess I’m pretty easy to please that way. While b-side “Tenkaippin no Theme” definitely feels like the weaker of the two songs in my opinion, it still offered a ton of variety in both the instrumental and the vocals. I definitely wasn’t expecting the Rap breakdown and I’m not sure how appropriate it was, but outside of that I got a few cool riffs and some nice vocal melodies so once again I guess I was rather easily pleased.
