A weekly roundup of the past week’s digital releases.
2021 seems to be passing us all by in a blink of an eye so far, with another week gone and a new one just beginning so I guess that means that it’s time for another edition of Last Week in Digital. You know, the series where I try to round up all of the music releases from the past 7 days in the world of Japanese Idol that are available on all manner of streaming services for your listening pleasure. Something that I’ve been told is of use to at least a few of you out there, so I guess I’ll keep doing them for as long as that remains true.
Like a lot of weeks recently, we have a pretty broad selection of groups, genres and what have you going on here. A few fairly well known names in our corner of the scene make an appearance, alongside several other groups who most of us have likely never heard of before. Sounds like a pretty great opportunity to go discover some new things and maybe find a new group or two to be a fan of. That’s always the hope when it comes to these posts for me personally anyway, that I can help people find cool new groups/music/etc that they might have otherwise missed out on.
I suppose I should go ahead and let you all dive right in huh? If you find anything cool to listen to, be sure to let me know on the various forms of social media available to us these days because it really would be cool to hear more stuff like that. I also have a couple of reviews going up later in the week so I hope that you’ll come back for those as well, but if that sort of thing doesn’t interest you then no hard feelings here.
